Block Puzzle
Drop blocks onto the board and fill a whole row or column to clear it. No timer, no sign-up, nothing to download. Everyone gets the same daily board, so the leaderboard is a fair fight.
How to play block puzzle
- Tap a piece in the tray to pick it up, then tap the board to place it.
- A piece only lands where it fully fits. Tapping where it does not fit does nothing and costs nothing.
- Fill a whole row or a whole column and it clears. Rows and columns clear together, and the blocks left behind do not fall.
- The tray refills only when all three pieces are gone, so plan three moves ahead rather than one.
- Clear on consecutive turns to build a combo, which multiplies what each clear is worth.
- The game ends when nothing in the tray fits anywhere.
Why the daily board is the same for everyone
The daily draws its pieces from the date, so every player today gets the same sequence in the same order. That is what makes the board worth looking at: a leaderboard filled with randomly dealt runs compares luck rather than play. Free play seeds itself per run instead, and its scores stay on your device.
No rotation, and that is the point
You cannot turn a piece. What you see in the tray is exactly what lands on the board, so a move is decided by where you put it rather than by fiddling with it first. Every shape and its turned versions appear as separate pieces, so the variety is still there.
